I'M INTERESTED IN RENTING THE STATION ON MERCER. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO SECURE THE DATE FOR MY EVENT?
We are delighted that you've chosen The Station on Mercer to host your event. Please give us a call to see if the date is available. We also require the following:
Security deposit
Completed and approved Event Application
Completed Venue Rental Contract
Liability insurance (can be obtained through WedSafe on a "day of" basis)

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO BOOK THE STATION ON MERCER FOR MY EVENT?
We strive to provide you with exactly what you're looking for that will create a memorable event. That being said, each event package is tailormade just for you. Give us a call to discuss your needs and we'll be happy to give you a quote.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES IF I WERE TO BOOK AN EVENT AT THE STATION ON MERCER?
We allow you to bring your own food, whether catered by you or a caterer of your choice to include BYOB.
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY EVENT CATERED. WILL YOU BE ABLE TO CATER OUR EVENT?
The Station on Mercer does not cater events, however, you may have your event catered by an outside vendor or we can suggest one of our Preferred Vendors for you and your guests.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE A VENDOR THROUGH YOU?
Our preferred vendors are happy to work with you in order to bring your ideas to fruition, making your event one to remember! Check with our Prefered Vendors and let them know we sent you!
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY EVENT?
We understand that situations arise that may prevent your event from taking place. We are happy to provide refunds and/or credit dependent upon when you make your cancellation known to us. We will be happy to answer any other specific questions you may have regarding cancellations.
ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED AT MY EVENT?
Although we are animal lovers, our venue is not set up for animals. We only allow animals on the premises that carry current therapy certification (please be prepared to show proof of certification).
